FAQ for Aeon Fantasy Membership, FantasyAPP, and Tier Membership Rewards
1. What is an Aeon Fantasy Membership? What are the benefits?
Answer: The Aeon Fantasy Membership is a free membership program, which allows our customers to link their details to the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card – effectively registering a customer as a member. Some key benefits include the ability to use our proprietary mobile app FantasyAPP for credit reload and management, access members-only promotions, and accumulate Loyalty Points for every reload: RM1 = minimum 1 Loyalty Point.

2. What are Loyalty Points and what do I do with them?
Answer: For every RM1 spent as an Aeon Fantasy member, you will receive a minimum of 1 Loyalty Point. Customers may choose to redeem a minimum of 1 credit by exchanging 100 Loyalty Points. Refer to Tier Membership Rewards table below for Loyalty Points and their increasing benefits based on membership tier levels.

3. What is an Aeon Fantasy Membership Card? Do I have to be a member to use it?
Answer: All of Aeon Fantasy outlets currently utilizes the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card as a digital creditswallet, especially for the arcade outlets (MollyFantasy, PALO, and Fantazia). For indoor playground outlets (Kidzooona and FANPEKKA), the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card serves as both a digital credits wallet and special entrance pass (passport coupon promotion).
The Aeon Fantasy Membership Card does not require customers to be an Aeon Fantasy member to use. However, we highly encourage all customers to sign up as an Aeon Fantasy member so that they can start accumulating Loyalty Points for every RM1 reloaded into the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card.

4. How much is the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card?Can I return it after use?
Answer: The Aeon Fantasy Membership Card costs RM2 per card with zero initial credits. The card is not returnable or refundable.
We highly encourage all customers to sign up as an Aeon Fantasy member so that they can start accumulating Loyalty Points for every RM1 reloaded into the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card.

5. How do I register as an Aeon Fantasy member, as a new customer?
Answer: You may choose to sign up as an Aeon Fantasy member physically by registering your details at any of our Aeon Fantasy outlets (MollyFantasy, PALO, Fantazia, Kidzooona, and FANPEKKA) and linking those details to an Aeon Fantasy Membership Card.
Alternatively, you can sign up via FantasyAPP by providing the necessary details in the mobile app and then purchase a temporary in-app card number. After that, visit any of ourAeon Fantasy outlets (MollyFantasy, PALO, Fantazia, Kidzooona, and FANPEKKA) and acquire an Aeon Fantasy Membership Card. The store staff will complete the process of changing your temporary in-app card number to the new Aeon Fantasy Membership Card.
Please be informed that the Aeon Fantasy membership requires you to carry the physical Aeon Fantasy Membership Card at all times as a digital credits wallet – for use at all Aeon Fantasy outlets (MollyFantasy, PALO, Fantazia, Kidzooona, and FANPEKKA).

6. As an Aeon Fantasy Member, can I own multiple Aeon Fantasy Membership Cards?
Answer: Yes, you can! The process to link an Aeon Fantasy Membership Card to your Aeon Fantasy Membership is the same for every card you own.

7. Does the Aeon Fantasy Membership have an expiry date?
Answer: No. It is a lifetime membership.

8. Does the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card have an expiry date?
Answer: Yes, however, as long as the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card is used within its 12-month validity period, it shall continue to be active for a maximum period of 12 months from the “last activity” date. If the card is not used within these 12 months, it shall expire.
For example: if you registered an activity or transaction on 1st January 2022, it will be valid up until 1st January 2023. If you use the card again on 1st February 2022, it will acquire a new 12-month validity up until 1st February 2023. If it’s not used after the validity period ends (12 months), the card will expire including all the remaining credits inside.
Aeon Fantasy Members are encouraged to use the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card frequently to keep the card active.

9. What is considered as “last activity”?
Answer: Any transactions done at store cashier counter, tapping for a gameplay at a machine’s RFID terminal, reloads/ purchases in FantasyAPP, and any check-ins (indoor playground).
(If your card is linked to FantasyAPP, all forms of transactions performed are also considered a form of Aeon Fantasy Membership Card activity and will be registered as a last activity.)

10. My Aeon Fantasy Membership Card is already expired and I still have credits left inside. What can I do?
Answer: An expired Aeon Fantasy Membership Card will be considered invalid and all remaining credits reloaded inside are expired and invalid.

11. I am already an Aeon Fantasy member, do I have to register a new account to use FantasyAPP?
Answer: No. All existing Aeon Fantasy members who had registered their details and linked them to an Aeon Fantasy Membership Card do not require a new registration on FantasyAPP. The system will automatically recognize your email address or phone number (whichever used to link to the Aeon Fantasy Membership Card).
Existing members can instantly use FantasyAPP.

Answer: In rare cases such as this, it could mean that your membership details may have been wrongly recorded during the registration process. Please proceed to your nearest or preferred Aeon Fantasy outlet (MollyFantasy, PALO, Fantazia, Kidzooona, and FANPEKKA) and acquire the aid of our store staff to assist you in the editing of the errors.

13. What is the Tier Membership Rewards? What are the benefits?
Answer: The Tier Membership Rewards is a rewards system that is designed especially for our membership card holders. The Tier Membership Rewards currently features four different achievable tiers. Refer to the table below for detailed rewards and benefits:

14. What are Qualification Points?
Answer: For every Loyalty Points earned, an Aeon Fantasy Member will also gain the same amount of Qualification Points. Qualification Points are used solely to measure how much Loyalty Points are accumulated within the 12-month retention period in order to determine the tier achievement.

15. If I redeem my Loyalty Points to credits, will I lose the Qualifications Points that are required to increase my tier to the next level?
Answer: No. Redeeming your Loyalty Points to credits will not affect the decrease in Qualification Points and will not affect the drop in tier level within the 12-month retention period.

16. I just achieved Silver tier. Is this permanent? What happens after that?
Answer: No. Once you achieved a tier, you are automatically given a 12-month retention period at the same time of your achievement. The Qualification Points will be calculated anew (from the point of your tier achievement) each time a 12-month retention period is activated.
This means, you will remain a Silver member within the 12-month retention period. In order to maintain as a Silver member, you must accumulate at least 501 Qualification Points before the 12-month retention period expires.
As an added example, if you further accumulated at least 2001 Qualification Points within the 12-month retention period as a Silver member, you will automatically tier up as a Gold member. In this case, a new 12-month retention period will activate and your Qualification Points will be calculated anew (from the point of your tier achievement) again.

17. What if I cannot achieve the same amount of Qualification Points within the 12-month retention period to retain my current tier?
Answer: Your tier will drop by to the respective tier level based on the Qualification Points gained within the 12-month retention period and a new 12-month retention period will be activated.
As an example, if you’re currently a Gold member, but you had only manage to accumulate up to 300 Qualification Points within the 12-month retention period, your tier will automatically drop to Bronze. When this happens, a new 12-month retention period will activate and your Qualification Points will be calculated anew (from the point of your tier achievement) again.

18. I have accumulated above 4001 Loyalty Points throughout the years, indicating that I am a regular customer way before the Tier Membership Rewards system is introduced. Will I automatically jump to the correct tier when the system goes live?
Answer: Yes, in this case, you will automatically become a Platinum member when the Tier Membership Rewards goes live. However, please take note that a new 12-month retention period will activate and your Qualification Points will be calculated anew (from the point of your tier achievement) again.
In order to retain your tier as a Platinum member, you have to achieve the minimum Platinum tier Qualification Points within the new 12-month retention period. Refer to Table X.
