21 March 2024 – Held in Sekolah Kebangsaan Cheras Indah, Aeon Fantasy Malaysia had collaborated with the primary school to celebrate Lala’s (Aeon Fantasy’s mascot) birthday and to launch the Lala Charity Road Tour CSR program.
The Lala Charity Road Tour is part of the company’s internal sustainability initiative to connect and further enhance connection and communication with the local community. The project is also a global initiative, practised by all Aeon Fantasy companies across the globe.
The school children of Sekolah Kebangsaan Cheras Indah were delighted by the appearance of the Aeon Fantasy official mascots, Lala and Aeo.
The event began with dancing activities by Lala and Aeo. All the children had fun as they danced to official songs by Aeon Fantasy Japan. The Lala Charity Road Tour Programme was officiated by Muhammad Hakmi Yahya, Acting General Manager of Operation and Ito Kanako, General Manager of Business Strategy of Aeon Fantasy Sdn Bhd.
“This year, we have decided to celebrate Lala’s birthday at Sekolah Kebangsaan Cheras Indah. We are happy to see the smiles of the children seeing Lala and Aeo” said Ito.
All the school children and teachers also sang a special birthday song to Lala as 21st March is the official mascot’s birthday.
The school children were then treated with multiple fun activities such as quiz sessions, dance activities, and also a lucky draw event. The participants of the quiz sessions received prizes and the winners of the lucky draw received special hampers from Aeon Fantasy Malaysia.
Post-event, the children then received an additional special goodie bag and balloons. The event was a huge success as it became a memorable day for the children and also the teachers.
