This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.aeonfantasy.com.my or Malaysia mobile app (the Site) to you. The Products listed on the Site may be supplied directly by AEON Fantasy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You can print a copy of these Terms & Conditions. Please also note that the use of the Site is subject to the terms contained in the Website and Mobile Terms of Use, which apply whether or not you order any Products from the Site. We take privacy seriously. The categories of personal data that we process depend on how you use our services. We use your personal data to align our online and in store services with your preferences, to provide you with purchases and services, to deal with your requests, to contact you regarding tailored products and services which may be of interest to you, to provide prize draws or competitions, or to carry out relevant administrative services. By opening AEON Fantasy membership account, or by using services or other benefits connected with that account, you also agree to our Membership Terms and Conditions.
1. Information about us
This website is operated by Aeon Fantasy (M) Sdn Bhd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aeon Fantasy. Aeon Fantasy offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Online App term
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. AEON Fantasy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a company registered in Malaysia. Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at our Customer Services address set out in the Contact Us section. If any of these Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions. You and we agree that the laws of Malaysia apply to these Terms & Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions describe the relationship between you and us, they do not create legal rights for other persons, even if they may benefit from such relationship.
4. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
5. Modifications To the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our terms. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the app. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
7. How the contract is formed between you and us
You may place an order to purchase a Product advertised for sale on the Site by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button on the "Payment details" page. No amends can be made by you to your order after this point. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order number and a summary of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e- mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us for the sale of a Product will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation for the relevant Product. If you order several Products from us which are being delivered at different times or separately from a third-party supplier, each contract is formed when we provide the Dispatch Confirmation for each Product. Each Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. We may be unable to process your order if: the Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued; or there is a problem with authorisation of your method of payment.
8. Delivery
We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order. We may on some occasions dispatch the Products comprised in your order which are supplied by us in multiple packages. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. Please see below for details of where we deliver and the available delivery options. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Products ordered. There may be a delivery charge, which will be added when you checkout. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the delivery charge before confirming your order for Products at checkout.
8.1 Collection (At Store)
- Ordered Products will be available for collection within 7 working days from the day of confirmation of order is issued. A SMS Collect Notice or email will be sent to you and local SMS gateway to confirm the date of collection. If you are not personally available to collect at store, an authorized representative may collect on your behalf provided you had called customer service to update the representative information and the representative must be over 18 years of age. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity (SMS / EMAIL) and you or your representative shall acknowledge receipt of the delivery. Order will be cancelled if you do not collect the product within 7 days from the day of the SMS Collect Notice being sent. Refund will be granted in such event at our discretion, and subject to deduction of administration costs. We will not entertain any request for change of store for collection after order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the Products to you if we have any doubts whatsoever as to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification. No delivery charges apply for orders collected in selected store. However, we reserve the right to charge RM10 administration charges / delivery charges for any other special redelivery arrangement or return request.
8.2 Home Delivery
- We shall deliver the Products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by us. We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

- On delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. Delivery Charges will be calculated based on the weight of the order received as below:

- All Products must be received by an adult aged 18 years or over. If the driver has doubt over the age of the person receiving the Products, he is entitled to ask such person to show an identity card to prove his/her age. If the person is shown not to be over 18 and no other person can receive the Products, we shall not hand over the Products. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
- a. Charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
- b. No longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the order, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided).
If you request for re-delivery, we are entitled to charge for providing the service. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any change to the delivery address. We reserve the right to decline delivery of Products to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. Shipping fee is excluded from earning Member Points.
9. Risk and Ownership
Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Ownership of Products will pass to you on: delivery of the Products; or us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, whichever is the later.
10. Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Images of the Products are for illustration purposes only. These prices may include applicable local taxes and other applicable charges, but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options. We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most debit or credit cards and other payment methods acceptable to us, by completing the relevant details on the "Payment" page. We shall not be liable for any credit card or other payment fraud. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery. All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). To provide secure online commerce transactions, we employ Internet's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as the information travels over the Internet. To check SSL Certificate information, you can right click the mouse and choose "Properties" & "Certificates". We may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and we reserve the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers. Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will be not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order. We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice. If payment for any order has already been made but the order is not accepted by us, you will be entitled to a refund, depending on the period of time your financial institution needs to arrange the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund. The Site contains few numbers of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Product's correct price is different from the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Prices on the Site may be different from those in our stores. For example, the Site may offer BUY 100 FREE 50 on selected Products which will be more attractive than prices in our stores.
11. Our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
We may cancel an order if the Product (or promotional offer(s) involving the Product) is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into the credit card account originally used by you to pay for your purchase, depending on the period of time your financial institution requires to arrange for the refund. You cannot cancel an order once a Dispatch Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, please feel free to Contact Us. You shall examine the Products immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service at Contact Us at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim. For product collected from store which is found to be defective and/or is damaged inside the packaging after collection, you may return and bring back the defective product to the store where you collected the product within 7 days. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase for the return. For home delivery, you may hand any faulty or damaged Products, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery, we will process the refund within 30 days. If you discover any defect or damage inside the packaging after the delivery process, please return the parcel at our nearest store within 7 days, with valid receipt. Exchange of the product can be arranged for the following reasons: If the product is obviously expired / damaged upon collection at the store / at time of delivery OR If the product is expired / damaged inside packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days OR If the product ordered is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered. We will inspect the returned product upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in paragraph above is fulfilled, you are entitled to exchange of the product if the product is available in our stock, after 30 days from the approved return date. Products to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all gift items (if any) together with proof of purchase (original receipt or delivery note). Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set. For AEON Fantasy Card member, in the event of a refund, all member points received for the purchase of the refunded Products will be removed from the AEON Fantasy Card member account.
12. Our liability
We are not responsible for, and cannot guarantee the performance of, goods and services provided by third parties. While we will use reasonable endeavours to provide accurate information, product packaging and material may contain more and/or different information. Always read labels, warnings, directions, and other information provided with the product before using any product. For additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer. If you find a Product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition (excluding products that are not eligible for return), in accordance with our return policy. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local laws and regulations (including minimum age requirements) regarding the purchase, possession, and use of any Product. You must follow any advice we give you to keep Products we supply to you safe (including any instructions or product manuals provided with the Products). We cannot accept liability for damage to Products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to follow this advice. Our total liability in connection with these terms and conditions and any resulting sale or provision of products, arising from any cause, is limited to the price paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim. We accept no liability for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages of any nature, any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under law, be excluded. Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.

14. Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
15. Prizes and Fulfilments
AEON Fantasy makes no representation or warranty regarding any Prizes you may win and has no responsibility for Prizes except to arrange for the shipment as provided below. Aeon Fantasy is not a seller of the Prizes and will have no liability with respect to the Prizes, including under any theory of product liability. In the event of any defect in a Prize, your sole recourse will be to make a claim against the manufacturer of the Prize. Subject to your payment of any required shipping and handling fees, Aeon Fantasy will ship Prizes to the address specified by you, within the region(s) specified in the Service. Upon delivery of the Prize to the shipping service, Aeon Fantasy will have no further responsibility for the Prize. Your recourse for any damage in shipping will be limited to a claim against the shipping service. No shipping insurance will be provided. You will be responsible for any customs duties or procedures that may apply in your country. You will be responsible for any use tax, sales tax, value-added tax or other taxes that may apply. If a Prize shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we may (but are not obligated to) contact you to try to arrange for reshipment. If we do contact you and you don’t respond promptly, the Prize will be forfeited. For fraud prevention purposes we may require first-time users and certain other users to provide a valid credit card for identity verification purposes within a certain time after winning a prize. Users who fail to follow these or other procedures announced by Aeon Fantasy will forfeit any prize they may have won. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAY AND WILL NOT BE RETAINED BY Aeon Fantasy. Aeon Fantasy will only retain “token” or “hash value” information regarding the credit card, which may not be used to identify you, extract personal or credit card information or (by itself) process any payment. If you do not request shipment of any Prizes within 14 days (notified in the Service) and provide a shipping address, you will forfeit any right to the Prizes, and Aeon Fantasy will not ship them to you.
16. Accuracy Of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‐mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
17. User Registration
In using this service, you agree to this agreement, and will be required to register as a user with us on the mobile app. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. The assigned account ID cannot be changed. You shall only have one account at any one time and prohibited from having multiple accounts. Using any other method or ways to aid an account to win or with the means of exploiting the game, will cause all related accounts of the user to be suspended, banned or deleted, tickets, tokens and any winning prizes will be forfeited. We reserve the right to remove, or reclaim a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We do not allow fake mobile number SMS generated as a form of verification as a prove of individual ownership. Any accounts found to be using fake mobile numbers will be subjected to suspension / termination.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
19. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that the providers of devices, including Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service, the providers of devices, including Apple, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Service against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. You acknowledge that, in the event of any user or third-party claim relating to the Service or your possession and use of the Service, including, but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) claims of failure to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; and (c) claims of infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights, none of Apple or any other device provider or Android has any responsibility for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.
